„Wang Kimchi“ ist ein scharf eingelegter Chinakohl in Dosenform, hergestellt in Korea. Es handelt sich um ein fermentiertes Gemüseprodukt – Kimchi –, das durch die Milchsäuregärung konserviert wird. Geschmacklich typisch sind Kombinationen aus Schärfe (Chili), Knoblauch, Ingwer, Salz und Zucker, mit dem charakteristischen säuerlichen Aroma.

Chinakohl (~ 75 %), Wasser (etwa 17 %), Salz (ca. 1 %), Lauch (2,6 %), Paprika / rote Peperoni (ca. 2,6 %), Zucker (~ 1,2 %), Knoblauch (~ 0,3 %), Ingwer (~ 0,2 %), Geschmacksverstärker: Mononatriumglutamat (E621), etwa 0,1 % 

Hinweise: Enthält MSG (E621) als Geschmacksverstärker, Geschmack: scharf-würzig, fermentiert, mit Süße durch Zucker, Verpackung: Dose. Nach dem Öffnen am besten kühl lagern.
