Free Shipping: For orders over €120.
Standard Shipping: For orders under €120, the shipping fee depends on the package weight. The exact cost is calculated and displayed at checkout.

Pickup in Geisenheim
Pickup at our warehouse in Geisenheim is available with the "Pickup" option at checkout. Please note our pickup hours: Monday to Friday, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. For urgent pickups, please contact our customer service.
Returns
  • Our terms on the "Returns & Refunds" page apply. Please note that the return costs must be covered by you. In the event of a return, we will provide you with the return address; however, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Alternatively, items can be returned to us in Geisenheim after prior arrangement.
