Es handelt sich um Dosen-Krabbenfleisch der Marke AMBITION. Das Fleisch stammt von der Blaukrabbe (Portunus pelagicus). Das Produkt ist bereits verzehrfertig, kann aber auch als Zutat in Salaten, Suppen, Currys oder gefüllten Teigtaschen (z. B. Wan-Tan) verwendet werden.
