„Jolpokki“ (auch „Jolpokki / roter Topokki“) ist eine Variante des koreanischen Streetfood-Klassikers Tteokbokki (Reiskuchen in scharfer Sauce).In dieser Variante werden Reiskuchen und auch Nudeln kombiniert.

Die „Rosé“-Soße ist eine Mischung aus scharfer roter Chilisauce  und einer weißlich/sahnigen Basis (z. B. Sahne, Milch, Käse oder Milchbestandteile) enthält – ähnlich einem „Rosé“-Stil.
