Die Surasang Rote Bohnenpaste (auch Red Bean Paste oder Pat-Anko genannt) ist eine traditionelle Zutat der asiatischen Küche, besonders in Korea, Japan und China. Sie wird aus süßen roten Bohnen (Adzuki-Bohnen) hergestellt und zu einer cremigen, leicht süßen Paste verarbeitet.

In Korea wird sie oft für Bungeoppang (gefüllte Fischwaffeln), Hodugwaja (Walnusskuchen), süße Reiskuchen oder als Füllung für Gebäck verwendet. Auch in japanischen Desserts wie Mochi, Dorayaki oder Taiyaki ist die Bohnenpaste sehr beliebt.
