Die Hikari Misopaste Inaka Rot ist eine traditionelle, lang fermentierte Misopaste aus Japan. Sie zeichnet sich durch ihre kräftige, herzhafte Umami-Note und ein intensives Miso-Aroma aus. Ursprünglich war Inaka Miso eine hausgemachte Paste japanischer Bauern, die für ihre dunkle Farbe und den robusten Geschmack bekannt war. Diese Variante folgt der traditionellen Shinshu-Miso-Herstellungsmethode mit einer langen Fermentationszeit.
