Diese Ton­ka­t­su-Sauce von Bull-Dog ist eine dickflüssige, fruchtig-würzige Würzsauce, traditionell serviert zu Tonkatsu (paniertem Schweineschnitzel). In Japan ist sie ein Klassiker und wird gern auch zu Okonomiyaki, Korokke oder Gemüse serviert. Dank ihrer Konsistenz haftet sie perfekt – die Sauce vereint Süße, Umami und milde Säure aus Gemüse und Früchten.
