Diese Tapenade ist ein traditioneller, mediterraner Olivenaufstrich – hergestellt auf handwerkliche Weise in Kroatien. Er überzeugt durch seine cremige Konsistenz und intensive Aromen dank der Kombination aus Oliven, Kapern, Sardellen und Gewürzen. Ideal als Brotaufstrich, Dip oder zur Verfeinerung von Pasta und Antipasti-Platten.

Grüne Oliven: 74 %, Pflanzenöl (15  %): je 50 % Sonnenblumen- & Olivenöl, Getrocknete Tomaten: 7,5 %, Gesalzene Sardinen: 3,5 %, Mediterrane Gewürze & Knoblauch, (Pasteurisiert, in Glas verpackt)
